NP1 Ultra-Pure Nickel Wire

GTX NP1 ultra-pure nickel wire, 0.025 mm diameter, 99.99% purity, drawn to GOST 492 specification. The baseline raw material for precision mesh, fabricated assemblies, electrolyser substrates and aerospace qualification.

RAW MATERIAL · NP1 · 99.99%

The 0.025 mm baseline — the foundation of the GTX product family.

All GTX mesh and fabricated assemblies are woven and assembled from this wire. Supplied in its own right for customers who convert in-house or integrate the wire directly into their own fabrication chain. 99.99% NP1 purity, bright-drawn, oxide-free, batch-traceable to the Swiss-vaulted parent reservoir.

SPECIFICATION

PERFORMANCE

Verified across five independent institutions.

Purity and chemistry are verified by NSL Analytical (USA). Mechanical and thermal behaviour is characterised at NTU Singapore under Prof. Ramamurty’s extreme-temperature cycling regime. Aerospace-grade qualification is issued by Lectromec under NASA-certified and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 protocols. Specification conformity is audited by ASACERT UK.

COMPLIANCE & STANDARDS

Applicable regimes

  • GOST 492 — NP1 purity grade — baseline standard
  • ASTM B160 — Nickel rod and bar applicable cross-reference
  • ISO/IEC 17025:2017 — Laboratory verification regime (via Lectromec)
  • REACH — Registered · EU import-ready
  • RoHS — Compliant · restricted substances absent
