GTX supplies NP1 ultra-pure nickel wire and six families of precision mesh and fabricated components. Each product is specified against a published datasheet, delivered with a certificate of conformity, and cross-referenced to independent laboratory validation.

NP1 Ultra-Pure Nickel Wire

The baseline material. 0.025 mm ultra-pure nickel wire drawn to GOST 492 NP1 specification, bright-finish, oxide-free, supplied on precision spools or converted in-house into mesh and fabricated components.

Precision Nickel Mesh

GTX-MESH-P · 50 – 400 mesh · Custom weave

General-purpose precision mesh, woven from NP1 wire to buyer-specified mesh count, width and length. The foundation product for filtration, shielding, catalyst support and engineered-fabric applications.

EMI Shielding Mesh

GTX-EMI-M · 65 – 75 dB · 30 MHz – 16 GHz

Tightly woven mesh engineered for broadband EMI attenuation across 30 MHz to 16 GHz. Independently validated at IIT Delhi. Specified for 5G base stations, defence avionics, connected-device housings and shielded-room installations.

GTX-ELEC-M · 94.3% Faradaic · 1,000-hr durability

Substrate mesh for ruthenium-dioxide coating, benchmarked at the Indian Institute of Science at 94.3% Faradaic efficiency under a 1,000-hour durability run. Designed to substitute for platinum in hydrogen-electrolyser assemblies.

Aerospace-Grade Wire

NP1 wire thermally qualified across –196°C to 1,000°C under the NTU Singapore regime and Lectromec (NASA-certified) aerospace qualification. Specified for composite tooling, AESA substrate, thermal-management and airframe applications.

Marine Filtration Mesh

GTX-MAR-M · 2,000-hr salt-spray · 99.9% microbial removal

Corrosion-resistant mesh qualified to 2,000-hour salt-spray (ASTM B117) with 99.9% microbial-removal efficiency under IMO 2020 BWMS test protocols. Specified for ballast-water management retrofit and desalination pre-treatment.
