COMPANY · SINGAPORE OPERATIONS

Operating base · conversion capacity · quality assurance · logistics footprint.

Singapore is where GTX converts, inspects, packs and ships. The operating footprint is calibrated to Asia-Pacific OEM timelines, EMEA defence procurement cycles, and the specification-tolerance regime demanded by aerospace, semiconductor and electrolyser customers.

OPERATIONAL SCOPE

Five functions on a single footprint.

Singapore hosts the commercial, conversion, quality, logistics and client-engineering functions under one roof. Raw 0.025 mm NP1 wire is drawn against the parent reservoir in Switzerland, shipped under bonded transfer, and converted into mesh and fabricated components in Singapore under a single-chain-of-custody regime.

01 · CONVERSION

Mesh weaving & drawing

Precision weave lines configured for 100-, 200-, 400- and custom mesh counts. Wire-drawing back-up lines for diameter adjustment within GOST 492 tolerance.

02 · METROLOGY & QA

In-line + laboratory QA

Optical and interferometric in-line gauging; laboratory-grade purity verification referred to NSL Analytical; specification conformity signed off against ASACERT UK.

03 · FABRICATION

Cut-to-spec · formed · coated

Laser and waterjet cutting, spot-weld assembly, RuO₂ and PTFE surface treatment, vacuum-packaging for semiconductor-grade shipments.

04 · LOGISTICS

Bonded, insured, tracked

Bonded warehousing, FCA/DAP/DDP terms to major Asia-Pacific and EMEA destinations, all consignments insured and chain-of-custody audited.

05 · CLIENT ENGINEERING

OEM interface desk

Named technical-account managers for every long-term OEM contract; qualification-sample turnaround inside five working days from specification lock.

06 · COMMERCIAL OFFICE

Partnership & tender desks

Commercial directorate, tender-response team, and compliance liaison with the Luxembourg parent. Direct routing for defence, OEM, distribution and public-sector enquiries.

CONVERSION ROADMAP

Scaling conversion against confirmed demand — not speculative capacity.

2026 Q2 — Baseline
2,400 kg/mo
2026 Q4 — OEM onboarding
6,600 kg/mo
2027 Q2 — H₂ electrolyser pipeline
9,300 kg/mo
2027 Q4 — Defence + semi
12,000 kg/mo

Capacity scales against confirmed purchase orders and long-term supply agreements. GTX does not pre-build speculative conversion inventory.

QUALITY-ASSURANCE REGIME

Specification locked at intake. Verified three times.

Every shipment passes three verification layers: (1) incoming raw-wire lot verification against the reservoir chain-of-custody; (2) in-line geometric and surface metrology during conversion; (3) batch-sample referral to external laboratories — NSL Analytical (USA) for chemistry, ASACERT UK for specification conformance, Lectromec for aerospace-grade electrical qualification.

A signed certificate of conformity accompanies every shipment; a quarterly audit trail is submitted to customers under long-term contracts.
