COMPANY · LEADERSHIP

Engineering-first leadership across Singapore, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

GTX is led by a small executive with institutional capital, precision-materials commercialisation and multi-jurisdiction compliance credentials. Named individuals, accountable roles, no marketing padding.

Arvinder Sood
Commercial Director · GTX Singapore

Leads the commercial operating entity. Thirty years in precision-materials commercialisation across aerospace, defence and semiconductor supply chains in Asia-Pacific and EMEA. Directly accountable for OEM supply agreements, defence procurement routing, government-tender submissions and long-form industrial partnerships. Reports to the group executive.

Mandate: Build out the GTX commercial surface — partnership desk, tender desk, qualified-distribution network, and the technical account-management capacity required to serve OEMs and government buyers at enterprise pace.

Carlo Guido Della Peruta
Group Chief Executive · Alkemya Metacore

Group CEO of parent Alkemya Metacore SCSp. Background spans regulated commodity-backed instruments, institutional capital formation and cross-border corporate structuring. Responsible for group strategy across the Luxembourg–Singapore–Switzerland axis and the interface between the institutional parent and the GTX commercial entity.

Mandate: Maintain the regulatory and commercial separation required for both the listed ALKN instrument (parent) and the GTX commercial entity (subsidiary) to operate on their own terms, in their own jurisdictions, under their own counsel.

Cristina Donna Rubino
Group Compliance & Regulatory Counsel

Maintains regulatory coherence across Luxembourg (SCSp law), Singapore (ACRA and MAS), and Switzerland (custody regime). Coordinates the Tier-1 external counsel network — CMS DeBacker, Dentons, CNPLaw LLP, and Foley & Lardner LLP — ensuring consistent treatment of the parent–subsidiary–instrument–custodian architecture across all documentation.

Mandate: Ensure every published statement, every contract, every tender submission, and every data point on this website remains consistent with the underlying corporate, regulatory, and custodial record.
